The University of Luxembourg is one of the key players in the development of intra-university and international cooperation among member universities of the ‘Greater Region’ — a cross-border association of neighbouring territories in France, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg, which promotes cooperation in various fields, particularly in education and science.

As part of the visit, Professor Valeriy Reznikov took part in a research and practical seminar entitled ‘Artificial Intelligence: Ethics, Benefits and Risks in Your Projects’, held at the Robert Schuman European Centre (Cîteaux-Chazelles, France). Upon completion of the course, the participant received a certificate.

During his stay at the Centre, discussions were also held with its director, Ms Stephanie Jacques, regarding the prospects for developing a new educational project dedicated to the history of the creation and development of the European Union for Ukrainian students.

In addition, the professor visited the Museum of the History of the European Union in Schengen (Luxembourg). Following these meetings, a preliminary programme was drawn up for further discussions with the museum’s director, scheduled for 8–12 July 2026. The aim of these discussions will be to discuss the concept of the future educational project.
