Publication of the manual “CJEU Case Law on Labour and Social Matters (Materials for Judges)”

We are pleased to announce the publication of the manual “CJEU Case Law on Labour and Social Matters (Materials for Judges)”. The manual was prepared by Associate Professor of the Chair of Comparative and European Law, Alla Fedorova, and Ondrej Hamuľák (Vice-dean for Science and Research, Faculty of Law, Palacký University in Olomouc (Czech Republic)).

This publication will be useful not only to judges, but also to all lawyers working in the field of labor and social law in Ukraine. The authors aimed to develop a practical tool that would enhance understanding of the Court of Justice of the European Union's approaches and contribute to the further alignment of Ukrainian legislation with EU law.

The publication was prepared within the framework of the project “The Approximation of Ukrainian Social and Labour Legislation to EU Law”, implemented at the Faculty of Law, Palacký University Olomouc (Czech Republic), under the leadership of Ondrej Hamuľák.

This work has been carried out as part of the MSCA4Ukraine project, funded by the European Union.
