Results of the lecture by Mykola Gnatovsky

On March 29, 2024, English-speaking students of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, including the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations, had the opportunity to communicate with the judge of the European Court of Human Rights Mykola Gnatovsky.

The meeting was devoted to the peculiarities of the (European) Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms as an international treaty, but the discussion went beyond this topic and covered other relevant international legal issues (the effectiveness of international law, the consequences of violation of obligations under international treaties, the impact of war on international treaties, etc.).
