"Security Guarantees or Budapest Memorandum-2?"

Mykola Kapitonenko, associate professor of the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy, published the article "Security Guarantees or Budapest Memorandum-2?" in the IPG magazine.  

The article treats the issue of eventual international security guarantees for Ukraine against the backdrop of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
