Security Guarantees for Ukraine: Expert Discussion

On October 8, 2025, at 13:00, the Assembly Hall of the Santific and Educational Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv will host an open discussion on “Security Guarantees for Ukraine.” The roundtable is organized jointly by the Institute of International Relations, the Dnistryanskyi Center, and the International Centre for Policy Studies with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation. Key issues will include whether there are real guarantees Ukraine can rely on, who our allies are, and what mechanisms of security agreements might look like.
