On January 7, 2023, Professor G. Perepelitsa made a presentation on the topic: "The civilizational and geopolitical dimension of the Russian-Ukrainian war in the context of border changes in CEE" at an international conference in Lublin (Poland) "Russian-Ukrainian war in the context of border revision in CEE."

On December 20, 2023, Professor H.M. Perepelitsa made a presentation at the international scientific conference "International conflicts in the modern world: from regional confrontation to global rivalry" at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Report on "The impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on global and regional security." The most significant changes in the system of international relations were associated with the latest dynamics of global and regional processes aimed at restructuring the world hierarchy and consolidating a new balance of power in the world as a whole and in its individual regions.
This trend subsequently led to the formation of two global mega-blocks: the Global South and the Global North, the relations between which are increasingly becoming confrontational. Yes, these mega-blocks acquire the subjectivity of the global conflict generated by the struggle for global dominance in the world. the product of such heterogeneity was the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Professor G. Perepelitsa organized and moderated the round table "Strategy of Uzbekistan - 2030: Prosperity, Democracy, Security" at the Embassy of Uzbekistan.
The following issues were discussed:
liberalization of the economy and international integration as guarantors of sustainable economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
development of democracy through public administration on the principle of "State for man" and ensuring the rule of law;
environmental safety among the priorities of the Strategy of Uzbekistan - 2030;
Uzbekistan's role in strengthening peace and security in Central Asia.
