Students' visit to the L'Oréal Ukraine office

On April 1, 2026, Associate Professor Viktoriia Krykun, together with students of the “International Business” educational program, visited the office of L'Oréal Ukraine.

During the visit, the Marketing Directors of the Dermatological Beauty Division and the Consumer Products Division — Iryna Aizman and Tetiana Boiar — shared their practical experience in implementing marketing strategies in an international company, spoke about brand promotion, and highlighted current market trends.

The students also had the opportunity to see the company’s modern office and gain a closer understanding of L'Oréal’s corporate culture and the specifics of its working environment.

Such visits are not only a source of new knowledge but also an important step toward understanding the demands of the modern labor market and developing essential hard and soft skills.
