Ukraine and the Caribbean Basin: Lecture by Anatolii TKACH at the Institute of International Relations
On March 26, 2026, the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv hosted a meeting between 4th-year students of the "International Relations" educational program and Anatolii TKACH, Head of the Caribbean Department of the Directorate General for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. The topic of the lecture was: "Development of Relations Between Ukraine and the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean."
