SPORTS GUIDE
Below you can find answers to the most common questions concerning sports, games, tournaments, and just active leisure time with mates after classes.

Which sports do you play?
Our training sessions include football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis (and badminton with a minimum required number of participants). Besides, in accordance with the demand, we can also hold fitness and cheerleading classes. Trainings are conducted by lecturers of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the Institute of Biology and Medicine, and they won't leave anyone indifferent!
How can I join you?
Newcomers are always welcome, so the opportunity to make new friends and enjoy a good time is open to everyone.
Just click here to apply. Fill in the form and we'll match you with a group of your interest! Or come to the gym and get registered with the teachers.
Your participation will be greatly appreciated!
Where can I find the sports hall?
The sports hall is located on the 2nd floor, straight after the stairs on the right. You can also find a football field in the backyard.

How can I check the training schedule?
The up-to-date schedule is in the appropriate group (we will add you after submitting a Google form).
You can attend training sessions with a variety of sports to choose the one that best suits your preferences.
Not sure if you can manage to strike the balance between studying and training?
Worrying about this is natural, but we encourage you to try. After all, practice shows that the two do not hinder each other (and perhaps even assist).

Are you a professional sportsperson?
Please let us know so that you can become a part of an institute or even university team.
Have any special physical limitations relating to your health?
Then try a class in a recreational fitness group, as it incorporates different types of physical activity - walking, gymnastic sets, Pilates, yoga, and so on. Involves a medium or low rate of intensity.

Regular exercises improve the operation of multiple organ systems, and moreover, enhance the ability of our bodies to cope with adverse external influences.
