Congratulations to Anton Filipenko on his anniversary!

On the day of the glorious anniversary, the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations congratulates the Honored Professor of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine Anton Sergeyevich Filipenko - Teacher, Master, Coryphaeus of Ukrainian Economic Science.

Half a century in the field of education, three decades of chairmanship in the specialized council for the defense of doctoral and master's theses in the specialty "World Economy and International Economic Relations," two decades of heading the Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations, and before that - a decade as dean of the Faculty of International Relations and International Law of KGU.

In the scientific work of Anton Sergeyevich - known not only in Ukraine but also far beyond its borders as a scientist, researcher, founder and president of the national scientific school of international economists, the scientific school "Theory and Methodology of World Economy and International Economic Relations" - there are about 400 scientific publications, including monographs and textbooks that help to comprehend all the magic of international economic relations. For 14 doctors and 25 candidates of economic sciences, Anton Sergeevich became not only a scientific consultant and leader, but also a Mentor, who inspired his students to know themselves through science.

Mr Filipenko, let not fade the enthusiasm to create and transmit knowledge, to comprehend the present and look behind the scenes of the future. Let new decades await in mutual love with science and with students, in good health and in good humour!
