Corporate Communications Practice in the Banking Sector: Lecture by COMINBANK Experts

зустріч

The Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations continues the practice of involving expert practitioners in the educational process. This time, an open lecture was held for 4th-year students of the specialization "Corporate Communications" with the participation of COMINBANK representatives - Alina Lytvyn, Head of the Public Relations Department, and Viktoriya Zhezhera, Director of the Marketing and Communications Department.

During the meeting, the speakers shared their practical experience in organizing communications in the banking sector, focusing on regulatory restrictions, high requirements for transparency and trust, as well as the challenges that financial institutions face in working with internal audiences.

Special attention was paid to internal corporate communications: students were told about key target audiences, interaction channels, and tools for supporting effective dialogue within the organization. The speakers explained how a company's tone of voice is formed and why its consistency is critically important for corporate culture.

During the lecture, the bank's communication projects were presented, in particular Cominland, DobroKolo, and EcoKolo, which illustrate approaches to combining business goals with social responsibility.

An important block was a conversation about the transformation of corporate communications in the conditions of a full-scale war. The experts outlined how priorities, tools, and approaches have changed after 2022, as well as what new requirements have arisen for crisis communications.

The role of artificial intelligence in modern corporate communications was also considered - from the possibilities of process automation to the limitations and risks of its use in sensitive areas.

We sincerely thank Alina Lytvyn and Viktoriya Zhezhera for a meaningful, practically oriented lecture and openness to dialogue. The meeting ended with a question and answer session, during which students had the opportunity to discuss current professional challenges with experts and receive valuable advice.
