Expert on the Middle East Rustam Rustamov. Meeting with international students

On April 5, 2024, Rustamov Rustam Alirza oglu, head of the Middle East department of the 5th Territorial Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, visited the students of the speciality "International Communications."

He spoke about the political and cultural specifics of the region, and the peculiarity of the foreign and domestic policy of the countries of the Middle East. How Ukraine established diplomatic relations with the countries of the region, and how bilateral relations changed after the start of a full-scale invasion. It was especially interesting to hear about the achievements and miscalculations of domestic diplomacy, as well as what long-term consequences they had. At the end, the guest answered the students' questions.
