The Institute of International Relations has winners in all spheres and sports is not an exception!

Mariia Hychko, a first-year student of the Master's degree program "International Journalism", won the Combat Self-Defense ICO Open Kyiv Championship in the Thai boxing devision, which took place these days in the capital of Ukraine.  

"It was rather difficult, but a special victory for me," said Maria, "the fight was not easy at all, because the level of Thai boxing in Ukraine is very high, but today luck was on my side." 

As a result of the victorious fight, Maria won the title of not only the champion of Kyiv, but also the best fighter of the tournament. We wish the student of the Institute of International Relations Mariia Hychko further victories at the international level!
