Lecture by Pakhil Volodymyr on "Integration Processes in the Asia-Pacific Region. ASEAN: Prospects for Ukraine "

On April 15, 2024, at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, a lecture was held by Advisor to the South Asia Department of the Fourth Territorial Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Indonesia (2012-2020), Representative of Ukraine to ASEAN (2013-2020), Candidate of Political Sciences Pakhil Volodymyr on Topic: "Integration processes in the Asia-Pacific region. ASEAN: Prospects for Ukraine".

The lecture outlined the current trends in the development of integration processes in the Asia-Pacific region, focused on the peculiarities of the functioning and activities of ASEAN, its role in this region. Particular attention was paid to highlighting the problems and prospects of relations with the countries of Southeast Asia. V.O. Pakhil's lecture aroused considerable interest among students.
