Second edition of the textbook ‘INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS’

The staff of the Department of International Business prepared the second edition of the textbook ‘INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS’ dedicated to the 190th anniversary of Kyiv National University and the 80th anniversary of the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations.
The textbook describes the content of international business, its genesis, theoretical basis, types and organisational and legal forms, environment and actors, challenges and threats arising in the context of instability, risk and turbulence of the global competitive space. The mechanism of functioning of international business, its structure, efficiency are clarified, and such components as management and marketing, their types and regulatory instruments are singled out. The tendencies towards intellectualisation and digitalisation of international business are studied. The directions and forms of diplomatic support of international business, the role and functions of environmental diplomacy, the specifics of doing business in individual countries and regions, the latest trends and forms of international entrepreneurship are considered.
