Visit of the Institute of International Relations to the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Ukraine

On November 20, 2024, at the invitation of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Egypt Barakat Elleiti, students of the International Communications Program of the ES Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the Chairman of the Student Council of the ES Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv Yurii Petryk visited the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Ukraine.

During the meeting, the Ambassador spoke about his studies at Cairo University and the University of Staffordshire, as well as his personal experience in the diplomatic sphere and emphasized the importance of cooperation between Ukraine and Egypt.

In addition, the cultural peculiarities of Egypt and stereotypes were discussed during the visit. 

During the conversation, the students presented their own concept of Egyptian culture, which will be presented at the Rainbow of Countries competition at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations and received the approval of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
