Competition Policy of the EU (D-IER)

Optional course for regular day-time Bachelor Students who major in International Economic Relations.

Structure - forms of competition policy of the EU:

  • introduction;
  • anti-trust regulation;
  • regulation of mergers and acquisitions;
  • state aid;
  • the international impact of the EU competition policy;
  • the effect of the EU competition policy on Ukraine and its competition policy.

 

The EU Regulation of International Economic Relations (D-IER)

A module within the compulsory course Regulation of International Economic Relations for regular day-time Bachelor Students who major in International Economic Relations.

Structure – foreign economic strategy of the EU and policy components:

  • introduction;
  • tariff regulation;
  • anti-dumping,  countervailing and safeguard measures;
  • technical regulations;
  • regulation of trade in services;
  • investment;
  • migration;
  • transfer of knowledge;
  • enlargement and integration with third countries.

A module within the compulsory course International Economic Relations for regular day-time Bachelor Students who major in International Business.

Optional course for regular day-time Master Students who major in International Economic Relations. Teaching in English.

  • instruments of social policy in the living environment;
  • labour environment;
  • gender policy;
  • employment;
  • social security.
