Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Volodymyr Yatsenkivskyi visited the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations to meet with the 1st year students of the Master's degree programme ‘Diplomacy and International Cooperation’ and gave an extremely interesting and practical lecture on ‘Professional qualities of a diplomat in the context of geopolitical transformations of the XXI century’ within the discipline ‘Diplomatic Service and Law of Foreign Relations’
