курс

The Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations, in cooperation with Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences (Germany), has launched a new international online project (COIL – Collaborative Online International Learning) titled “International Business & Intercultural Communication.”

The goal of the project is to develop intercultural dialogue, business thinking, and teamwork skills among students of both universities.

Participants include master’s students of the educational programs “International Communications,” “International Regional Studies,” and “International Business” from the Institute of International Relations, as well as master’s students from the Faculty of International Business at Heilbronn University.

From October 14 to November 25, 2025, 38 students will work in international teams under the guidance of associate professors Natalia Bielousova, Yulia Tsyrfa, and Hanna Hrydasova, and Professor Anna Hajduk, Deputy Dean for International Cooperation at the Faculty of International Business, Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences.

The focus of the project is on studying intercultural communication, sustainable development, and social responsibility through cross-cultural collaboration. Students will analyze global business issues in an international context, working in mixed teams, and the project will conclude with team presentations of mini-projects.

Participation in the project will not only be engaging for representatives of both universities — this collaboration will help students gain a deeper understanding of the cultural dimension of international communication and cooperation, exploring it from various perspectives. Such experience is invaluable for their professional development and future careers.

We wish our students and instructors fruitful, engaging, and successful work!
