Lecture by attorney-at-law Yegor Shtokalov on “Foreign Legal Counsel in the United States”

The Student Club of the Department of Private International Law and the Legal Department of the Student Council of the IIR have launched a series of events on the topic “The Legal Profession” with invited lecturers from international law firms and attorneys. 

Thus, on October 14, 2024, attorney Yehor Shtokalov gave a lecture on “Foreign Legal Counsel in the United States,” where he spoke about the role, requirements for obtaining the status, advantages, and limitations of FLC.
