Master class from Anna Yushchak
On November 17, 2023, a closed master class was held for master's students, who this semester study the discipline "International Law in National Legal Systems."
Anna Yushchak, a graduate of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations, and now a mediator and lawyer specializing in private international law, spoke in detail about the features of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Cases, as well as Ukraine's participation in it.
After the meeting, its participants were asked to perform a number of practical tasks. Mrs. Anna will carefully analyze student works and provide appropriate comments to their authors and authors.
