Corporate Tax — tax diagnostics, consulting, drafting and improving accounting policies, transition to IFRS, customs matters.

International Corporate Tax — business structuring, recommendations on international treaties, representation of interests before regulatory authorities, analysis of foreign jurisdictions considering BEPS.

M&A Tax — pre-investment tax developments, deal structuring, tax modeling, asset integration.

GMS (Global Mobility Services) — taxation of individuals, personnel management, migration and tax issues.

Special attention during the lecture was given to one of the key tools used by KPMG consultants in preparing analytical materials — IRAC, a structured analysis methodology applied in tax and legal advisory.
