Ilya was born in Kharkiv and distinguished himself as an outstanding student of the Kyiv Military Lyceum named after Ivan Bogun. Already in the fourth year of the Kharkiv Law Academy of Yaroslav the Wise, Ilya decided to defend his country and went to the Armed Forces.
In 2022, he continued his education at the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in International Law. He was a very gifted student and had every chance to get a diploma with honours.
In August 2023, Ilya got married.
December 10, 2023, Ilya died, bravely defending Ukraine.

In the battle for Ukraine in the Kherson region on December 6, 2023, a graduate of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of KNU in 2019, Mykhailo Tsiselsky, died.
In 2017, Mikhail entered the Institute of International Relations of KNU. In 2019, he received a master's degree in International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies and received the qualification "Expert on Socio-Political Issues (Foreign Policy and International Activity)."
Institute: "Mikhail was older than his classmates. They knew they were military. Very nice person. Kind, frank. He was the headman of the group."
For personal courage shown in the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty, he was awarded the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky III degree (posthumously).

31 years old, junior lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, graduate of the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Heroically died on June 6, 2022, in the village of Pisky, Donetsk region, defending the territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine.
At the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ivan Tinkov studied in the speciality "International Information" at the Institute of International Relations, in 2012 he received a specialist diploma.
Head of the Department of International Media Communications and Communication Technologies of the Institute of International Relations Sergiy Danilenko recalls: "Ivan was one of those memorable students with whom you can discuss on an equal footing, and share experiences. The University bows its heads to those students and graduates who defend Ukraine and sets itself the task of transferring the memory of our heroes to the next generation of young people. "
For a peaceful sky over Ukraine, so that Ukrainian children could be born and grow up in a free and successful country - the junior lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a graduate of Shevchenko University Ivan Tinkov gave his life. It is our duty to remember this.

27 years old, a 2018 graduate of the International Relations programme at the Educational and Research Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Yar was booked, but on 4 April 2022, he voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On 10 July 2024, during a combat mission near the village of New York, Donetsk region, the man was killed.
In 2023, he was awarded the honorary badge of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Golden Cross", received the certificate "Participant of Combat Operations" and the badge "War Veteran - Participant of Combat Operations".
In 2024, he was awarded the Order "For Courage", III degree, by the President of Ukraine.

A student of the International Relations study programme from 1998-2003, Head of the Student Council of the Institute of International Relations.
Captain, junior officer of the 15th battalion of the 58th separate motorised infantry brigade named after Ivan Vyhovsky.
After the occupation of Crimea and the Russian aggression in Donbas, Oleksandr Boychenko volunteered for the front and served in the Kyiv-12 battalion, which operated in the Luhansk region.
After his demobilisation, Oleksandr remained in the reserve of the 95th separate air assault brigade (95th Air Assault Brigade). During this period, many events took place in his life: he became a father, started working at the NAPC, and received a law degree.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Oleksandr Boychenko immediately came to the Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support. When he found out that the 95th Separate Mechanised Infantry Brigade had already been sent to the front, he did not wait and joined the 15th Battalion of the 58th Separate Mechanised Infantry Brigade of Ivan Vyhovskyi (58th Mechanised Infantry Brigade).
He died on 13.03.2022 near the village of Skorynets, Chernihiv district, Chernihiv region.

A student of the Institute of International Relations. He started with terrorist defence and then became a lieutenant in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He died on 19.03.23 in Bilopillya, Sumy region.

A volunteer from the first days of the war, a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the 10th separate mountain assault brigade, the 8th separate mountain assault battalion.
During his service, he proved himself to be a fearless warrior, he did not hesitate when it was necessary to provide assistance or evacuate the military under fire. The night of 23 June 2022, when he evacuated his company during the retreat, was a remarkable one. Then he took more than 50 people out of the hell in an SUV. He is credited with hundreds of lives saved by his comrades.
On 12.10.2022, he died on his 24th birthday while performing a combat mission near the village of Berestove, in the Donetsk region.
Posthumously, the soldier was awarded the Order ‘For Courage’ of the III degree.

On 25 November 2023, the Hero would have turned 24 years old.
Oleksii voluntarily mobilised because he believed it was his duty and served in the military unit 3057 of the National Guard of Ukraine from 10 August 2023.
At his last moment of life, he was running to a wounded soldier, when an artillery shell exploded near him.
He died on 08.11.23 while performing combat missions in the Sievierodonetsk district, Luhansk region.

Call sign ‘Karay’, one of the field commanders of the OUN 93rd Brigade Volunteer Battalion.
In 2014, after the start of Russian aggression, he applied to the military enlistment office, where he was refused because as a father of three he was not eligible for conscription. But this did not change his decision to go to the front. He joined the OUN Volunteer Battalion. He took part in combat operations as a private, rifleman, machine gunner, and scout. Later, he became the deputy head of the OUN volunteer movement's leadership on political issues. In 2015-2016, he fought in Pisky. During the war, the fighter was wounded several times and suffered concussion.
Taras has always taken an active role in life. When he was not involved in combat, he organised photo exhibitions that informed the public about the real events taking place in the east of the country; races in memory of his fallen comrades; for a certain period, he was even a presenter on the Voice of Donbas radio station.
He died on 26.02.2022 during the defence of Hostomel.

Major. On the Independence Day of Ukraine, Major Heorhii Lysenko was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine.
With the beginning of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine, the officer took a direct part in the defence of Kyiv. Then he performed combat and special missions in Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
He was killed by calling fire on himself to save the lives of his comrades on 06.11.2022 in the battles near Bakhmut.

Borys was one of the first masters of the European Business Law educational and professional programme with double diploma from Kyiv National University and Kazimiero Simonavičiaus universitetas in Vilnius.
Multiple champion of social innovation, inventor.
As a teenager, Boris Chubin is known to have created the iHelp device for the blind and visually impaired, which helps people with disabilities move around the city without hindrance. His second development is the Garden club smartphone app for gardeners, which guides them on how and when to plant certain plants. The third is a social network for blind and visually impaired people so that they can communicate freely with each other regardless of age. For creating a navigation mini-computer for blind people, Chubin was recognised as the winner of the all-Ukrainian competition ‘Innovative Breakthrough 2013’. His project ‘Creating Equal Opportunities for the Blind and Visually Impaired’ was highly praised by the international jury and high-tech experts. A total of 248 Ukrainian inventors, programmers and robotics engineers competed for the prestigious prize.
Chubin was fluent in English, German and Chinese. In March 2014, he received a grant to study at a prestigious German high school, but declined, deciding to stay in Ukraine to help the Ukrainian army with his developments.
With the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war on 24 February 2022, Boris volunteered for the front. He served in the 59th Separate Motorised Infantry Brigade named after Yakov Hnadziuk; he was a sniper and radio operator. Borys was awarded the medal ‘Defender of Ukraine’.
He died on 30.08.2023 in the battles near Avdiivka.
