Students of the “International Communications” Program Presented a Communication Solution for a Real COMINBANK Case
Throughout the semester, as part of the course “Public Relations in International Relations,” students of the International Communications program worked on the case “Veterans’ Reintegration into Civilian Life.” This complex and socially significant topic required in-depth analysis, sensitivity, and full consideration of regulatory requirements within the banking sector.
The practical component of the project involved addressing a real communication challenge developed in partnership with the international banking institution COMINBANK.
Within the project, the students:
— explored key communication challenges in the banking sector;
— identified strategic objectives and core messages for the target audience;
— developed formats for external and internal communications;
— analyzed ethical risks and proposed a KPI system.
Additionally, the team conducted a competitor case analysis, examined communication tools used in the banking industry, and developed a comprehensive vision for promoting COMINBANK’s socially important initiative.

Mentorship support from COMINBANK was provided by:
Victoria Zhezhera, Director of the Marketing and Communications Department,
and Alina Lytvyn, Head of Public Relations.
The experts offered guidance, shared their experience, and supported the team in finding the most effective communication solutions.
The final stage of the project was the presentation of a comprehensive communication strategy. Following the presentations, COMINBANK mentors shared examples of implemented projects, offered professional recommendations, and presented gifts to the participants.
We are proud of our students — their responsibility, analytical thinking, and professional approach demonstrate their confident progress toward becoming specialists in the field of international communications.
